This National Safety Council’s Forklift Train-the-Trainer course is recommended for individuals who are responsible for providing lift truck training to a minimum of ten (10) employees at their worksite.
Important: To register, fill out the form with the attendee's name and email address.
If you are signing up more than one person, do not use the same email address. If you do, the attendees will not receive the confirmation email or the certificate email after attending the seminar.
